COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT - WAVES GROUP BV

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on Yachtfriends.club, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Waves Group BV or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

2. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE

The booking platform, automated VAT compliance system, and all related technologies are proprietary to Waves Group BV. All rights are reserved.

3. PERMITTED USE

Users may:

- View and access content for personal, non-commercial use

- Make legitimate bookings through the platform

- Participate in the community features as intended

- Access membership benefits as outlined in their agreement

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:

- Copy, modify, or distribute site content without written permission

- Use automated systems to access the platform

- Attempt to decrypt or reverse engineer any proprietary software

- Misuse the referral and wave points system

- Reproduce booking systems or commission structures

- Use the platform's content for commercial purposes without authorization

5. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

By submitting content to Waves Group BV platforms (including reviews, photos, or comments), users grant Waves Group BV a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content.

6. TRADEMARKS

The Waves Group BV name, Yachtfriends name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Waves Group BV or its affiliates.

7. ENFORCEMENT

Waves Group BV reserves the right to:

- Monitor platform usage

- Remove unauthorized content

- Terminate accounts violating these terms

- Take legal action against infringement

8. MODIFICATIONS

Waves Group BV reserves the right to modify this copyright agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
